Recently got my furniture made, firstly the delivery was 3 days late. And when the furniture came the finishing was ridiculous. The cupboard design was not only different to what we ordered but had so many errors that after fitting it had to be taken back for fixing again. The pharmica sheets were coming out of many places as the finishing was third class. Even after the cupboard came the sliding doors got stuck again and parts of wood were all loose. On our complaint again we were told that we have to pay 5000 for these fixings which is an extremely unfair amount. We chose a design from their catalogue for a study table. However, they made changes to it without asking. When they shared pictures, we shared our concerns but were told that it looked different in pictures and in person it would be closer to what we requested. When the table was delivered, we were unable to use it as a study table as there was no leg space. In addition, one of the legs of the table was bent. After calling them for weeks, they finally came and simply lifted the table by placing some wooden pegs underneath the legs, which ruined the look of the table. We called them again to fix the table, but they never responded. Overall, the customer service experience was really poor. Many thanks to team renovate for fixing some small issued ( those issues were not thier fault, It was a bit customized furniture so there carpenter re visited me very next day to make sure the bed meets my requirments), that shows there amazing customer service and dealing .
