Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the User who places booking order(s) for Renovate. Kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. By placing a product booking order with Renovate, it would be treated as a deemed acceptance to these terms and conditions. Renovate reserves all the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to have read the terms and conditions before placing the booking order.

 

Ordering Policy:

User who wish to place booking order may book via multiple channels:

  • Call or whatsapp on Renovate’s official no. 0300-4912703
  • Engage and place booking order on Renovate’s facebook/instagram page / messenger
  • Email at renovatepk@gmail.com with complete product and ordering person’s details (name, phone no. and delivery address)
  • Shop online at www.renovate.pk

We reserve the right to decline or cancel the order.

50% advance amount will be required on made on order products. Rest of the amount can be paid in cash / cheque / bank transfer / Pay Order on delivery. However remaining payments should be cleared before handing over the product to the client. Rates mentioned in the invoice are valid for 30days from invoice date. In case advance is not received within 30 days from invoice date, rates may change.

Credit/Debit Cards are accepted, however such payments will carry 2.5% additional charge.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Ordering person has the right to cancel the order or product delivery only when advance amount for product or service has not been paid otherwise cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • No cancellation charges will be applicable on ready made products if returned within 2 working days. Delivery Charges in anycase will be non-refundable.
  • No refund and no return on made to order products.

 

Delivery Policy:

Renovate operates on made to order model and usually takes 15 working days with 4-5 days margin to manufacture and deliver the ordered product. Delivery time starts from the day advance is received and details are confirmed by the customer. However, delivery may get delayed depending on the size of the order, pre-agreed terms and conditions and due to unforeseen circumstances. Renovate in any case doesn’t bear any claim or liability with respect to delivery delays. Delivery process will only be initiated once customer has paid 100% of the invoiced amount and settled the remaining balance. Delivery Charges will be levied separately unless explicitly mentioned.

 

Fitting Policy:

Renovate usually do not offer fitting services unless agreed upon by our representative. Fitting charges may be levied upon as per terms and conditions agreed upon before delivery. However, Renovate doesn’t bear any claim or liability with respect to fitting services extended.

 

Refund Policy:

Product can be returned within 2 working days from delivery; however, delivery and cancellation charges may apply, and rest of the amount will be refunded. After 2 working days post-delivery payment once made against product ordered, delivered, and accepted by the client will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

After sales service warranty:

We provide after sales service over 6 months from delivery date. Service warranty includes damages against termites & deformation (subject to prior fumigation in your house), all accessories and hardware applied. Accidental damages are not included and will be charged as per market rates. After warranty period items can be repaired / replaced as per market rates.

In case the customer has any complains they can get in touch with us on 0300-4912703 and our customer support will ensure resolution of complain or issue as soon as possible.

 

Variations to the Terms and Conditions:

Renovate reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time and the current version will be that published on this website or on Invoices.
